BOOKING & QUOTING SYSTEM
Thank you for considering Unholy Thirteen, to get things rolling, we ask that you complete the form below, whether you are looking to get a quote, or make a booking. Once we have heard from you, we shall get in touch to discuss your design and to book you in.

We run a very busy tattoo studio in Carterton, West Oxfordshire, and do not offer drop-in services. All tattoos must be booked in advance. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
Our diary fills up very quickly, so we advise that you book your slot as soon as you have decided on a new tattoo. We are happy to work with you to create your new artwork, but we will not copy other artist designs, and we reserve the right to refuse to ink designs that we feel are not appropriate with our ethos.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings require a 50% deposit, these is non-refundable.

Your deposit will be lost, unless 72 hours’ notice is given. You must turn up for your appointment on time and with a valid ID. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being lost.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice, please note that you can only change your appointment a maximum of 3 times. If you reschedule a 4th time your original deposit will be lost and we require another 50% deposit for your new booking.

If you arrive for your appointment under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your deposit lost.
VENUE
Located in Carterton, Oxfordshire, our studio has free parking with EZ-Charge points.
SESSIONS
Sessions begin at one hour bangers to day projects - discuss your requirements with us.
AFTERCARE
We provide in depth aftercare information, we also have a range of aftercare products.
